Connection Night - 18th January 2023

We are so excited to be hosting our third Yoga & Connection Night this coming Wednesday 18th January 6:30 pm (QLD time) at the gorgeous Kirra Community Hall. This will be a safe space surrounded by love & support where we can put forward our new intentions coming into 2023 🫶🏽

Come join us for a wholesome night of yoga, meditation, journaling and connection activities. We welcome Women & LGBTQIA+ pals of all ages, abilities, colours & sizes.

If you are feeling the call to deepen your connection with yourself, share a safe space with supporting women, and let go of things that no longer serve you, this is the place for you.

LOCATION: Kirra Community Hall

TIME: Wednesday 18th January 6:30 pm AEST

COST: $15pp

Things to bring:

• Your beautiful self

• A journal & pen

• Drink bottle

• Anything to make you feel comfortable on the floor (pillows, blankets, yoga mats)

• Wear whatever comfy clothes you like
