Come join our Connection Night this coming Wednesday 1st of February 6:30 pm (QLD time) at the gorgeous Kirra Community Hall. This will be a safe, wholesome, and grounding space surrounded by love & support. We welcome Women & LGBTQIA+ pals of all ages, abilities, colours & sizes.

This night will consist of guided meditation, breathwork & journaling. This is a beautiful place to calm your mind, relax your body & connect deeper with yourself.

LOCATION: Kirra Community Hall

TIME: Wednesday 1st February 6:30 pm AEST

COST: $15pp

Things to bring:

  • Yoga Mat

  • A journal & pen

  • Drink bottle

  • Anything to make you feel more comfortable (blankets, pillows, jumpers)

  • Wear whatever comfy clothes you like
