We invite you to come join us for the most wholesome, fun & nourishing week at the gorgeous Seal Rocks, NSW. Picture surfing uncrowded line-ups, turquoise waves, crystal clear water with the best bunch of pals you could ask for. This week will be filled with waves, yoga, meditation, journaling, workshops, delicious food & campfires in arguably one of the most picturesque places in Australia.
Our goal is to give you all the encouragement & support you need to head out in a lineup, face your fears & enjoy yourself in the surf. We know what it’s like to be out there on our own and understand it can be super intimidating at times, but we’re here to help you the entire way! We invite ALL ABILITIES, COLOURS, SIZES & BOARDS. BYO surfboards, leg ropes & fins. Participants must be 18+.

What’s Included?
4 nights accommodation in Satara cabins OR Van/Tent site at Treachery Camp, Seal Rocks
Vegetarian Lunches and Dinners cooked & catered to all dietary requirements
Breakfast food items provided (cereal, toast continental spreads, avocado, eggs, muesli, fruit, Nespresso coffee). Cook at your own will, whenever you’d like too

Each van/tent spot will be allocated a cabin that they can use to cook breakfast & use as a base.
Cabin Bed $1190pp (17 beds available)
Private Queen Room $1570pp w/ shared bathroom (1 available)
Unpowered Van/Tent Spot $810pp (8 spots available) please note that you must book per person not per vehicle.
Payment Options:
Upon booking, we require a $500 initial deposit for cabin spots, $600 initial deposit for private queen room & a $350 initial deposit for van/tent spots. The complete balance of the booking must be paid by 27/02/23. We will contact you via email to complete the outstanding balance. Please expect emails a few days after the deposit has been paid. If you wish to pay the remaining balance immediately please email us at groovegirls@outlook.com.
Please note deposits are only refundable up until 27/02/23 & only in the case of a medical reason or emergency. If you fail to complete the outstanding payment by 27/02/23 we will assume that you are no longer joining us, your spot will be listed back on our website & your deposit will not be refunded.
Check-in is open from 3 pm on Sunday 26/03/23. So, don’t stress if you’re arriving in the afternoon, we won’t be starting activities until the evening.
Upon booking, please email us at groovegirls@outlook.com with any dietary requirements as well as your IG handle. If you do not provide your dietary requirements before 27/02/23 we will assume that you have none.

Please note: we are not responsible for participants’ travel to and from the retreat. However, once participants have provided their IG handles via email to groovegirls@outlook.com we will create an IG Messenger group where participants can find pals to carpool with. Leading up to the retreat we will be sending participants a waiver form that must be completed & emailed back to us 7 days before the retreat.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel your trip for a medical reason or emergency we will offer a full refund up until 27/02/23. Within the 30 days leading up to the retreat, we will not be able to issue a refund. However, we will accept the ticket being sold to another person during this time. Please inform us of any changes.
